Discovery Session (introduction session)

A discovery session is a great way for us to introduce ourselves and get acquainted, before you commit to anything. It’s a 1 hour, 1 on 1 session where we can take a look at your blocks, what you need to work on, and what you path is, and to focus specifically on the things that you need help with.

This can include self discovery, healing, blocks, advice, understanding where you are now or what’s going on in your life, and anything else that you need help with.

Please note: Please remember to bring headphones, pen and paper. Even if you can hear on your phone or laptop, if we are doing a meditation, or something that requires you to hear me well, it’s important that you can hear me without distractions, and without having to focus on what I’m saying.
