Session One: Flowing your energy, mindfulness, being in the moment, self-awareness, grounding & building the power within you.
Session Two: Ego & Intuition. Clairvoyance, Clairsentience, Clairempathy, Clairaudience, Clairtangiency (Psychometry), Precognition, Postcognition (Retrocognition), Visions & Prophecy.
Session Three: Interpreting signs, synchronicities, & spiritual messages.
Session Four: Claircognisance – Higherself channeling, understanding the higherself, Claircognisance, downloads.
Session Five: Channeling – Learn how to connect to spirit & your spirit guides.
Please remember to bring headphones, pen and paper. Even if you can hear on your phone or laptop, if we are doing a meditation, or something that requires you to hear me well, it’s important that you can hear me without distractions, and without having to focus on what I’m saying.
