Card readings refund policy
If you have purchased a card reading, I aim to do all purchased card readings within 24 hours of purchase. If in the unlikely event that you should want a refund, you are entitled to a full refund until the reading has been done. But once the reading has been done, no refund will be offered.
Workshops refund policy
If you have purchased a workshop, you are entitled to a full refund until the workshop has commenced, but thereafter, you are not entitled to a refund. If you do not ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase, no refund will be given. If you purchase a workshop but do not take part in it, no refund will be offered. If the workshop cannot be held at the arranged time, an alternative day and time will be arranged, or you will be entitled to a full refund. In some circumstances, an exchange for other services that I offer may be offered instead of a refund.
Courses refund policy
If you have purchased a course, you are entitled to a full refund until the course has commenced, but thereafter, you are not entitled to a refund. If a refund has been agreed, you will be refunded within 14 days of the agreement.
