Hi, I’m Chris, a Spiritual Ascension Coach. The Spiritual Ascension Framework™ isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme. It provides a structured path that we tailor to your unique journey, based on where you are now, where you want to go, and the most effective next step for you. Spiritual Ascension is not about going anywhere in particular, it’s about leveling up your mindset, emotional intelligence and resilience, awareness and consciousness. So many people feel like they get lost, or stuck when working on themselves, but with The Spiritual Ascension Framework™, it’s so much easier to work on yourself one level at a time, and focus on levelling up as you progress through each stage of your spiritual development. After we’ve done our discovery call, you will receive a detailed document which explains what we need to work on, and how we will approach your levelling up.

The Spiritual Ascension Framework™ is divided into four levels, so you always know exactly where you are, what to focus on next, and how to keep progressing.

In our discovery call, we will take a look at what type of healing you need, and then make a plan to work on it. Whether it be trauma, or working on your mindset and emotions, or something else that holds you back.

Level Two

Managing your energy

  • Flowing your energy.
  • Be present.
  • Raising your energetic frequency.

Once you have worked on your healing, then it’s time to level up to working on your energy, how to be in the present moment, and how to raise your vibrational frequency, awareness, and consciousness. This level is all about raising your frequency so that you are high vibrational, but also so that you are in energetic alignment with the universal life force frequency of the universe.

Level Three

Higher Self Connection

  • Increase your intuition.
  • Connect to your inner guidance.
  • Self trust.

After mastering your own energy, it’s time to level up again with connecting to your higher self. This level is all about increasing your intuition, and learning to understand when it speaks, and mastering the ego and your connection to your higher self. You will learn to connect to your inner guidance, and how to become more confident in what you pick up inuitively.

Level Four

Spiritual Development

  • Psychic development.
  • Channeling & Mediumship.
  • Advanced intuition.

When you level up to spiritual development after having worked on your healing, your energy, your connection to your higher self, then you will be ready for higher dimensional things. This level is all about developing your spiritual abilities. We’ll cover psychic abilities, channeling, mediumship, and advancing your intuition to your highest level.
