Session Two: Intuitive Journaling & Emotional Management (this will help you to navigate through your thoughts & emotions, learn how to understand what you need, give yourself what you need, and do it yourself). Establish healthy routines. Give yourself what you missed. Set healthy boundaries. Schedule fun time. Schedule fun time. Let go of what you need to let go of. Write freely about your thoughts, feelings, and reactions to identify patterns and themes related to your shadow self. Make lists.
Session Three: Understand your past hurt (timeline healing).
Session Four: Higherself channeling (this will help you to understand your shadow sides, your inner child, and the other aspects of you including your blocks, abilities and purpose).
Session Five: Soul realignment.
Please remember to bring headphones, pen and paper. Even if you can hear on your phone or laptop, if we are doing a meditation, or something that requires you to hear me well, it’s important that you can hear me without distractions, and without having to focus on what I’m saying.
