Negative thinking often leads to negative emotions, and it can be quite debilitating sometimes. Learning to understand your emotions can really transform your life, but for this to work, you’d need to lear to understand how your emotions affect you, and what they cause of them are, and that’s what is called emotional intelligence.
I have a technique that I call emotional processing and it’s designed to understand what emotions you’re experiencing, what is causing them and why, and then understanding and know what you should do about it. It’s about bringing intuition into play, where you intuitively observe yourself, your mindset, your emotions, and understanding where it all comes from and why it all happens.
