Sometimes people can experience a huge identity crisis, and this can feel like a turbulent, disturbance in their sense of reality. They can go through rapid and drastic changes which can be completely overwhelming, and it can feel like they’ve completely lost their way in life. A spiritual emergency feels chaotic, terrifying, and it can shatter your sense of self. I’m a full time spiritual mentor, and I help people to understand their experiences and work on their healing, so that they live in spiritual flow, rather than stay in spiritual emergency.
